The large Shiba Inu community on Discord had a fiery argument over the weekend. A faction of the SHIB Army denounced a “hostile Shiba Inu takeover” by lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, in which members of the official ShibaKraken core team took the picture on Twitter.
After distancing himself from the new Shiba Inu Telegram channel, Shiba Kraken explained his interference with Shytoshi ‘Beyond Me’ Kusama:
“He's not even a developer. Let this be clear.. SHYTOSHI HAS NOTHING to do with Shibarium. That's Kaal, Eric and Xfund.”
Shortly thereafter, lead developer Shytoshi Kusama fired back at ShibaKraken. “I saw them name the new strain of Covid after you. Please stay away. I don’t want any trouble in the Shibarium group. Thank you.”
Divide and Conquer Method for SHIB?
The heated discussion on the SHIB Token official Discord server and Subreddit was highlighted by a fight between Shytoshi Kusama and another prominent SHIB developer, Trophias. As part of the Unification xFund team, Trophias has control over the Shiba Inu Discord and plays a key role in the coding of Shibarium.
The fiery dispute reached a head when some members questioned the need for a new Telegram channel for SHIB. Later, Shytoshi Kusama confirmed that he was not here “to discuss his strategy” and assured that the old channel would not be taken down.
Kusama Send SHIB Queenie Packing
Besides Trophias and ShibaKraken, SHIB Queenie is another famous SHIB Soldier figure goodbye kiss by Shitoshi ‘Beyond Me’ Kusama. The crypto influencer, with 47,700 followers on Twitter, posted a work of digital art about a girl who looks out the window on a starry night right after she is shown the door by Kusama.
Responding to this, several members of Crypto Twitter is exploding Shytoshi Kusama for having a “megalomaniac personality”. They added that his “severe paranoia definitely helped.”
Finally, one of the TOP 100 most popular crypto influencers, Lucie Sasinkova, took to Twitter to ask SHIB Army if the mysterious Shytoshi Kusama should remain head of the Shiba Inu developer department.
In the end, 92% voted for Shytoshi Kusama to remain in pole position, while only 8% voted against. “That must be the Discord gang,” – said Ms. Sasinkova. Other members of Crypto Twitter have continuously criticized SHIB Queenie and Trophias for “only caring about money”.
Shiba Inu has one of the largest and most active crypto communities.
